The Challenge

To securely remove and destroy 2500 archive boxes from several office and storage locations across Melbourne, maintaining confidentiality while handling a large volume of highly sensitive company information.

The Solution

In liaison with the client, Formfile organised the timed and coordinated collection and secure destruction of all archive boxes. Formfile follows a very strict code of conduct when processing secure destruction, including:

• Staff are police checked prior to commencement of employment.
• Staff have signed confidentiality agreements.
• Staff wear easily recognisable uniforms and carry Formfile identification.
• Vans are fully signwritten and monitored by GPS tracking.
