The Organisation:

RMS is an independent consultant in the energy management and electricity supply industry who has been providing a range of energy management and administrative services primarily to Bodies Corporate for more than 20 years.

The Problem:

Due to rapid business growth in an expanding market, RMS found their current filing system to be insufficient.

The Solution:

Formfile provided a high volume centralised storage system for easy access and organised a new lateral colour coded filing system. The new lateral filing system utilises a third of the space of traditional upright filing, providing room for further growth and expansion.
